- Wherever possible we'll despatched your order within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.
- Postage options are selectable at check out.
- Check out through PayPal includes the option to use visa / mastercard etc.
- In the event of a problem fulfilling your order from stock, we'll contact you first to discuss the options such as alternatives or waiting times.
- Proof of posting is obtained by us for all orders, we're happy to supply this on request. Tracking information will be supplied for all tracked packages as required.

- Returns & Refunds
Contact us first! As soon as possible, so we can address any concerns you have with a view to resolving them without the need to return.
In the unlikely event that you are still unhappy with your purchase, you are welcome to return any unused products to us, in a salable condition, complete with the original invoice and a note as to why you'd like to return the item(s) if possible.
In accordance with the distance selling regulations, you have the right to cancel your order should you change your mind, and receive a full refund up to 14 days from the date of delivery. Simply return the items to us at the address below, along with the original invoice. A full refund will then be issued via your original payment method, when your goods arrive back here and have been checked. Please note, all returned products must be in a resalable condition.
- Faulty items
We check all items before dispatching, but we’re only human, and occasionally the odd one slips through the net. Please let us know about any faults in any of your purchased goods as soon as possible so that we can rectify the issue. We will either send you replacement parts or components where possible, or ask you to return it to us for replacement. We can often arrange for free returns by sending you a prepaid envelope with the replacement item or for a postage refund to cover the cost of these provided you provided you contact us first.
