Registration

When you fill in your details on here, you should receive an email from us containing a link for you to click on to confirm your email.

This email could go anywhere in your email inbox depending who you're with (Gmail, Hotmail, GMX, Yahoo etc) so if you don't see it in your primary email, then check your spam folder, then your bin / trash, some emails might just delete it straight away.

When I did a test email of it to my 2 gmails, one went to primary, other went to spam.

If you still can't find it, then I have no way round it I'm afraid, you'll need to place your order as a guest!

  1. Checkout now offers "Lightspeed" to use all major credit and debit cards. PayPal is still available as an option as well.
  2. We reserve the right to upgrade postage to signed for tracked services at our discretion, if we do this we will let you know accordingly.
  3. Wherever possible we'll despatch your order within 24 hours, 2 working days at the latest. I go to the post office alternate days Monday to Friday.
  4. Postage options are user selectable at check out.
  5. In the event of a problem fulfilling your order from stock, we'll contact you first to discuss the options such as alternatives or waiting times.
  6. Proof of posting is obtained by us for all orders, we're happy to supply this on request. Tracking information will be supplied for all tracked packages as required.
  7. Unless by prior agreement we will not despatch any goods in advance of receipt of cleared payment

DELIVERY

**Important** Please ensure that the delivery address you have provided us with is complete and correct as registered with Royal Mail

Failure to provide a complete and correct delivery address (this includes adding a business name when the property is residential) could; cause a delay to the delivery of your parcel, incur an additional delivery fee if the parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, or result in the parcel becoming lost entirely. 

We cannot be held accountable for any problems caused by you providing an incorrect / incomplete delivery address - so please check this now, thoroughly. 

If you need to amend the delivery address, or any other details of the order, please contact us straight away - once the order has been processed, we will not be able to make any amendments.

Holiday!

I am taking a holiday from Saturday - the first one in 30 years! The joy of having awkward needy cats and being self employed :) 
I'll be posting out tomorrow morning (Friday) so order now if you've got your eye on anything. I will resume normal work from Wednesday 31st July, that will be the date when orders get posted again.
eBay has been set to "holiday" mode for those dates and Etsy has an extended postage policy in place of 8 working days in order that they can both allow sales.

I won't be doing anything work related until I return.
