When you fill in your details on here, you should receive an email from us containing a link for you to click on to confirm your email.
This email could go anywhere in your email inbox depending who you're with (Gmail, Hotmail, GMX, Yahoo etc) so if you don't see it in your primary email, then check your spam folder, then your bin / trash, some emails might just delete it straight away.
When I did a test email of it to my 2 gmails, one went to primary, other went to spam.
If you still can't find it, then I have no way round it I'm afraid, you'll need to place your order as a guest!
- Checkout now offers "Lightspeed" to use all major credit and debit cards. PayPal is still available as an option as well.
- We reserve the right to upgrade postage to signed for tracked services at our discretion, if we do this we will let you know accordingly.
- Wherever possible we'll despatch your order within 24 hours, 2 working days at the latest. I go to the post office alternate days Monday to Friday.
- Postage options are user selectable at check out.
- In the event of a problem fulfilling your order from stock, we'll contact you first to discuss the options such as alternatives or waiting times.
- Proof of posting is obtained by us for all orders, we're happy to supply this on request. Tracking information will be supplied for all tracked packages as required.
- Unless by prior agreement we will not despatch any goods in advance of receipt of cleared payment
DELIVERY
**Important** Please ensure that the delivery address you have provided us with is complete and correct as registered with Royal Mail.
Failure to provide a complete and correct delivery address (this includes adding a business name when the property is residential) could; cause a delay to the delivery of your parcel, incur an additional delivery fee if the parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, or result in the parcel becoming lost entirely.
We cannot be held accountable for any problems caused by you providing an incorrect / incomplete delivery address - so please check this now, thoroughly.
If you need to amend the delivery address, or any other details of the order, please contact us straight away - once the order has been processed, we will not be able to make any amendments.
CHRISTMAS!!
It’s time to talk about last order dates for Christmas delivery again. Royal Mail are recommending the following last postage dates – please remember that these are recommended dates, not guaranteed dates.
Do please bear in mind that certain things are made to order and that this process can take a few days. If I need to order the components specially for your commission, they can take between ten days to three months to arrive from overseas so give as much notice as possible.
Orders will still be posted up to and including Friday 20th December but the later you leave it, it becomes more unlikely you'd get it in time for Christmas.
If you desperately need it to arrive by a certain date, there is always the option of paying more for the shipping for it to be tracked by Special Delivery in the UK. Last date for this would be Monday 23rd December - but I'll be closed so you must have this done earlier.
I'm not actually "closing" the shop over Christmas as Etsy makes the whole shop disappear. Instead the postage policy will be showing "3 working days" for both eBay and Etsy.

CCCC will be closed from Friday 20th (after doing the post) and normal service will be resumed on Thursday 2nd January. I will still do a post run on Friday 27th and Monday 30th December ("Twixtmas") if my post office is open.

When buying from eBay please disregard their advised delivery times as all Royal Mail takes much longer at this time of year!
